Mental clarity
Mental clarity is the goal.
I remember when everything I touched turned to gold. Not much could stop me.
But as I got older and my lifestyle stayed the same, I began losing focus. Simple mistakes started piling up. Even children would laugh at me over things that once came naturally.
Everything I started began falling apart.
No one wanted to invest in my ideas because of my lack of focus. Eventually, I even became the joke of the crew on the manual labour jobs.
I had enough.
I started new projects and kept trying to pick myself back up. I believed in myself when no one else did — not even my own family.
I watched YouTube videos over and over about people rebuilding their lives after failure. I wanted that for myself.
But my inconsistency, procrastination, brain fog, and physical exhaustion continued to overpower my desire to succeed.
So I asked myself:
What was happening to me?
What could I do?
This is my story.
I kept this guide minimal, practical, and easy to follow for others who may be struggling the same way I was.
The message is simple:
Stable habits create stable lives.
Mental clarity is the goal.
Healthy lifestyle is the reward.
